Wouldn’t it be great to nano-mod a case? Engineers have used a laser to make cuts as small as 15nm wide.... whoa! Nano Lasers

Damn that's tiny
The potential applications are broad, and will benefit all nanomaterial manufacturing from microelectronics to MEMS (microelectromechanical systems), said Hunt. The US-based researchers hope to apply the technology to microfluidics, or 'lab-on-a-chip' technology and intracellular nanosurgery. Microfluidics are pretty cool- With a laser capable of such detail in that scale, microfluidic CPU cooling could actually get off the lab bench. Imagine a phase-change cooling setup in nanoscale.
